exercise, is arguably the most important tool in order to intelligently manage the overall
training process. As a result, its crucial regarding the ability of an athlete to achieve a
desired goal (whether it involves a simple weight loss program or the preparation of an
athlete to become an Olympic Champion).

Individual Intensity Levels
Intensity of workouts (the effort exerted by performing a specific exercise or the
cumulative effort of a daily workout) and training volume (time and distance) are the
two major parameters for the building and adjusting of any training process.
Our program calculates individual intensity levels as a percentage of individual
speed and power output. This data can be effectively used for:
- Further calculation of training exercises
- Evaluation of individual effort at distances during the training exercise
- Evaluation of progress (when applied in annual progression)
