delivers a practical and individually prepared "3S Menu of Exercises".
We offer individually calculated exercises
(distance, interval and repetitive) with the following parameters included:
- Distance
- Target Time
- Number of repetitions
- Rest Periods
- Target Heart Rate
- Target Energy Zone (Watt)
The inclusion of additional parameters is also available in off-line mode: Target
Lactic Acid Concentration in Blood (mMol/L), Target VO2 max , Target Heart Output
and Stroke Volume (during exercise and rest)
